Q: How are your products made?
A: All YokochoFashion items are made to order using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each piece is printed just for you.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: We start production soon after you order, so changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Email us at support@yokochofashion.com
ASAP.
Q: Do you restock designs?
A: Most drops are limited. Once a design sells out, it may not return — but some core pieces may restock in new forms.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! Most orders ship from the U.S., EU, or Asia depending on your location.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Total delivery time = 2–5 business days for production + 5–10 business days for shipping, depending on your region.

Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

A: Use the size chart provided on each product page. Our unisex items generally run true to size — when in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
Q: How do I wash my shirt or hoodie?

💬 Returns & Issues
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for size or buyer’s remorse. But if your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll fix it — just contact us with a photo.

Q: Who creates your artwork?
A: All art is created in collaboration with designers using AI-assisted tools and original prompts. We do not use copyrighted anime characters — only original, stylized designs.
Q: Can I request custom pieces?
A: For now, we don’t take custom orders — but we may offer preorders, collabs, or personalization soon.
